Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-55 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MPH/ MBA (Health)/ MDRA/ MHA for S.No-1, B.Ed Special Education/ BRT/ BMR/ M.Sc Disability Studies (Early Intervention)/ PGDEI for S.No-2, B.A.S.L.P/ B.Sc (Speech &Hearing)/ B.Sc. ASLP and registered with RCI for S.No-3 & Diploma/ Degree in optometry course from a recognized institution for S.No-4. For more information refer the notification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on computer test followed by interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- for each post (non-refundable) in form of Bank demand draft in favour of Chairman, Distt. Health & Family Welfare Society, Hisar. Payable at Hisar.
